Sierra Leone is changing and Sierra Leonean women are playing a lead role in the development of the nation. Unlike the past where only those who live within the country are the movers and shakers, the new millennium technology has made it possible for individuals with concerns for the country residing afar, to play leading roles and have a say so in what goes on within Sierra Leone. We salute the women in Sierra Leone who are making sure our beloved motherland does not revert to the past.

Unless one is living in a fool’s paradise, no one outside Sierra Leone can say they have more influence than those in the middle of the struggle to make Sierra Leone a better country. To be on the frontline of daily happenings, is completely different from playing a supporting role. However, those on the cutting edge are empowered to press on from victory to victory when the shore up team abroad is effective. It is from this perspective that I want to highlight the outstanding role of Madam Rosetta Zizer.

To some, the name Rosetta Zizer may not ring a bell. However, to many Madam Rosetta Zizer is a force to be reckoned with. Rosie as she is commonly known is impossible to ignore. Her accomplishments are impressive and have for long played a significant role in moving Sierra Leone forward. Before stressing her party successes, it is imperative for the world to know that Rosie is a stand out Sierra Leonean woman residing abroad. Among others who have now made the Western world their home away from home, Madam Rosetta Zizer is a spot on leader. She is a celebrated professional with a heart of gold.

This excerpt about Rosetta Zizer speaks volume: {Madam Rosetta Zizer diverted from nursing with double associate degrees of Arts and Science, and earned a Bachelors of Arts and Bachelors of applied Science Major in Health Information Management and Technology, Specialized in Coding while continuing to a double Master’s Degree. She’s one of a few in that field with a honored membership of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and a membership of the South Eastern Pennsylvania Health Information Management Association (SE-PHIMA)}. Rosetta Zizer has used her personal success as a tool to make the world a better place. The excerpt continues, “She has become not only one of today’s formidable women, but also a major force in the fight for women’s health, displaced children, victims of war crime, and those living with epilepsy.”

We can end right here and walk away with the conviction that Madam Rosetta Zizer, is a powerful and influential Sierra Leonean living abroad. Nevertheless, this would be quite an injustice to a Sierra Leonean woman of substance and prestige. You see, it is said that until the lions have their own historians, the hunters would continue to tell their story. It is fitting that you know that Rosie is the founder and proprietor of the {Small Zizer Foundation Now known as, Community Health Initiative and Links to Development (CHILD)}. It is proper that I tell you Rosie supports many charities and organizations in Sierra Leone and the US that reaches out to the less fortunate in society. As a topnotch employee at her job, Rosie excels in her professional, public, and private life.

No one is perfect therefore Rosie is persistent in advancing herself and improving her service to humanity. She is an anointed woman of God who spends a considerable amount of time inspiring others, praying for Sierra Leone, and doing kingdom’s work. As a faithful Christian, Rosie persistently reminds Sierra Leoneans about Governor Clarkston’s prayer for our country. In short, she believes that the Omnipotent, Omniscience, and Omnipresence God is able to grant the fervent requests for peace, progress, and prosperity in Sierra Leone.

As a final point, Madam Rosie Zizer is an All People’s Congress Heroine. She is first among equals in spreading the good news about President Ernest Bai Koroma led All People’s Congress administration. She is a leading proponent in the use of modern technologies to reach huge masses of people. Thousands of Sierra Leoneans around the world are linked up today, because of the courageous actions of Rosie. Although the All People’s Congress has a North American branch, because of Rosie’s special achievements in the exacting field of social media outreach, the All People’s Congress can take pride in having over thirty thousand members on networking sites.

Whereas this figure is just a rough estimate, it is a fact that the All People’s Congress won the propaganda competition on the international stage because Madam Rosie Zizer created several platforms to get the message out. She robustly saw to it that the world stays informed about the breathtaking accomplishments of President Koroma and the All People’s Congress. Rosie is a first-rate public speaker and writer. She captivates her audience and has an irresistible charisma. As Sierra Leoneans at home recognize outstanding personalities in 2012, Madam Rosie Zizer in the US must be recognized for her distinguished achievements; she is a true Sierra Leonean heroine. Her star is shining so let us take a moment to say, “Winner Rosie keep shining.” We appreciate everything you have done for our people, our nation, our leadership, and the All People’s Congress worldwide. Lonta!
